Each site IST consists of the principal and following educators:

• Literacy Leader
• ELL (English Language Learner) Teacher
• EL (Extended Learning) Teacher
• One Special Education Teacher
• (Classroom Teacher)
• Technology Integration Practitioner

The District IST is composed of members of all the ten site ISTs:

• Six elementary ISTs
• Two middle school ISTs
• Three high school ISTs
• Liaison from the Office of Instructional Services
